Polybene type metal containers, open or closed, with a maximum capacity of 10m³ to 40m³. Construction process integrated in the Quality Management System according to and certified by ISO 9001:2008 and Welders with Welder Qualification Certificate.
Chassis manufactured in IPE 180 profile, with side reinforcements in steel plate and Polibenne system support structure in UPN 180, reinforced with steel plate and hook manufactured in Fe400 round pole;
Sides in steel plate, with three formed ribs that increase the resistance of the container to bending. To facilitate the discharge of waste, the lower corners have a 45º angle.
Large capacity containers, destined for the collection and transport of large volumes of waste or others;
Lifting and movement system through chains (multibenne type);
Additional reinforcements, according to the type of waste to be transported;
Wheels built in tube, sheet steel, bushings in tube (St52) and rod (Fe400);
Reinforced interior to give the container greater resistance to torsion and traction;
Surface treatment inside with anticorrosive paint and outside with anticorrosive paint and enamel paint for finishing (color to be indicated by the customer);
Accessories (optional): metal top cover, numbered plates, vinyl sticker, container color, etc;
Manufacturing according to the client's needs and type of residue to be transported.
